Hilton has launched a new, exclusive agreement with AutoCamp, a leading outdoor hospitality provider. Hilton will be able to offer guests an experience that combines the kind of hospitality and design-driven approach that is characteristic of boutique hotels with the excitement of outdoor adventure. Some of the properties that are available for this experience are located in close proximity to well-known national parks.

We’re still not sure how the Hilton partnership will work. What we know so far is that it will be possible to earn Hilton points on paid stays as well as redeem points for award stays. However, award pricing has not yet been disclosed, and we are also unsure whether you will get 10 points per dollar, like you do at the majority of Hilton brands, 5 points per dollar, as you do at their Tru and Home2 Suites brands, or if it will be a different number altogether.

Is AutoCamp expensive?

AutoCamp can be considered relatively expensive compared to traditional camping options, but it offers a unique and upscale experience that justifies its pricing for many travelers. The cost of staying at AutoCamp varies depending on factors such as location, type of accommodation, time of year, and any additional amenities or services included.

Here are a few factors that contribute to AutoCamp’s pricing:

1. Accommodation Options:

AutoCamp offers a range of accommodation options, including Airstream trailers, luxury tents, and cabins. The pricing typically varies based on the size, features, and amenities of the accommodation.

2. Location:

AutoCamp has locations in popular tourist destinations such as California’s wine country, the Russian River Valley, and Yosemite National Park. Prices may be higher in these sought-after locations due to demand and the attractiveness of the surrounding area.

3. Amenities and Services:

AutoCamp provides upscale amenities and services such as comfortable beds, private bathrooms, kitchenettes, outdoor seating areas, and recreational facilities. The inclusion of these amenities can contribute to the overall cost of staying at AutoCamp.

4. Seasonal Rates:

Like many hospitality providers, AutoCamp may adjust its pricing based on seasonal demand. Rates are typically higher during peak travel seasons and holidays.

While AutoCamp may be more expensive than traditional camping options, many guests find the combination of luxury accommodations, modern amenities, and outdoor experiences to be worth the cost. Additionally, some travelers may view AutoCamp as a more affordable alternative to luxury hotels or resorts, especially considering its unique blend of comfort and nature.
